BackstoryI had left overs and came up with this winner.
- 4 Chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces; Lg. bag frozen Broccoli; Egg noodles; Lg. can of Cream of chicken soup; 2c. milk 1c. shredded cheddard cheese. 2T. Olive oil; 2C water.
- In a large fry pan add chicken and water and broccoli and cook over medium heat till chicken is no longer pink and almost done and all the water is gone. Add olive oil and brown the chicken and broccoli nicely but do not burn, stirring frequently. Mean while, cook the noodles until they are almost done then drain. Put them back in the pan you boiled them in and add the soup and milk, mix well. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken and broccoli. Mix well. Add the cheese. Mix and serve.
