Low fat BBQ Chicken Strips:
4 chicken breast, boned & cut in strips
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbs. liquid smoke
1/4 cup orange juice
1 bottle mesquite BBQ sauce
salt & pepper
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
Bone chicken & cut in strips. Sprinkle strips with salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Make a
marinade with mustard, orange juice, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, & olive oil.
Coat chicken strips with marinade & let set for at least 2 hours. Place chicken on grill &
cook until almost done. Brush with BBQ sauce and grill until brown.
