Luscious Turtle Cheesecake
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
14 turtle candies, chopped
Combine crumbs, pecans, butter and sugar, mixing well. Press into 9-in springform pan. Bake at 325ºF for 12 minutes; refrigerate until chilled.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; beat in brown sugar, flour and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chopped candies; pour into graham crust. Bake at 325ºF
for 50-60 minutes or until center is just set.
Turn oven off; let cake stand in warm oven with door closed for about 1-1/2 hours. Let cool to room temperature on wire rack. Remove sides of pan; refrigerate until chilled before serving.
