NotesThroughout my chemo, it was really difficult to get food down. One of my favorite memories during that time was on Mother's Day. The kids surprised me with this great recipe. Tom created this recipe after finding a box of waffle mix in the pantry. It's not 100% homemade, but it was a sweet gesture. You will need a waffle iron though - luckily Mrs. McCluskey had one.
