1 Gr Pepper
2 Lg tomatoes
1 Spanish Onion
2 Stalks Celery
3 Tbs vinegar
3 tbs brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 tsp cayenne powder (optional)
Simply chop all the veggies fine, put them into a frying pan and cook lightly if you want the salsa crunchy or longer is you want it soft.
Add the vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and stir it up. T
his keeps in the frig for a week but it won't last that long.
Pairs Well With
This Salsa is great with corn chips, or on hot dogs and hamburgers.
