This Salsa is great with corn chips, or on hot dogs and hamburgers.


  • 1 Gr Pepper
  • 2 Lg tomatoes
  • 1 Spanish Onion
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 3 Tbs vinegar
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne powder (optional)


  • Simply chop all the veggies fine, put them into a frying pan and cook lightly if you want the salsa crunchy or longer is you want it soft.
  • Add the vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and stir it up. T
  • his keeps in the frig for a week but it won't last that long.
