MAH NO MIN CASSEROLE
2/3 cup wild rice
1 lb. pork sausage
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Wash and soak wild rice over night, then cook. Parboil shredded cabbage and drain.
Mix onion, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Add to cabbage.
Arrange in layers with wild rice in a greased baking dish.
Place pork sausage on top and bake in a slow oven for one hour (I prefer the sausage out of the casing or I buy bulk pork sausage meat).

This casserole taste good and for something different it uses wild rice.
