MATAPALO MATT’S BONGA BROWNIES

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 cup powdered cacao
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp café rica
2 ½ cups flour
pinch of salt


Melt butter in saucepan.


Stir in cacao and sugar.


Pour into mixing bowl.


Add eggs, vanilla, café rica, and flour.


Stir until mixture is thick and glossy.


Pour into 8” grease Pyrex and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if it comes clean.


You do not want to over bake these brownies.
