1 lb. grd. beef
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
1/3 cup parsley, fresh, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1. Mix ingredients until very well blended. Form into 12 balls. Thread 3 on each of four 12” long skewers. (if skewers are wood or bamboo soak them in water for 30 minutes ahead).
2. Grill or broil 5 minutes per side or until cooked throughand a thermometer inserted in centres registers 160 degrees.

These are nice for when you want meatballs but don't want to heat up the house.
