MGs Caramel Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

14 oz Bag Caramel (1/2 for the recipe, half to eat!!)
3 Tbsp Milk
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Pecans, coarsely chopped


Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, soda and butter. Press 1/2 of this mixture in an 8X8" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over baked crust.


Melt caramels in a sauce pan (Remember to use just 7 oz, half of the bag). Add milk and mix well. Pour over the crust. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
