MMMMMM Squash and Tomato Bake

I love using squash in homemade soups so why not in a dish like this,it looks very pretty the 2 colors together.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 30 minutes
  • Servings: 8 -side dish
  • Preparation Time: 25 minutes
  • * 2 pound yellow summer squash, sliced (about 7 cups)
  • * 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • * 2 teaspoon sugar
  • * 1 teaspoon paprika
  • * 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • * 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • * 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • * 2 14-1/2 ounce cans stewed tomatoes, drained
  • * 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
  • * 1/2 cup finely shredded or grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)

DIRECTIONS
