Why I Love This Recipe

I always keep my mustard vinaigrette in my refrigerator. It is one of my staples. Once made it will stay months and it can be used on meats, chicken or fish. It is a wonderful salad dressing to accompany all types of lettuce, vegetables and whatever your hearts desires in your salad. This dressing will elevate any salad to a star!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 egg white or 1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 garlic clove
2/3 cup canola oil
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients except, oil and Worcestershire sauce, in work bowl of food processor. With machine running, gradually pour in oil; add Worcestershire sauce. If too thick, add a little water. Store in squeeze bottle in refrigerator until ready to use.
