MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

1 egg white or 1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 garlic clove
2/3 cup canola oil
Dash Worcestershire sauce


Combine all ingredients except, oil and Worcestershire sauce, in work bowl of food processor. With machine running, gradually pour in oil; add Worcestershire sauce. If too thick, add a little water. Store in squeeze bottle in refrigerator until ready to use.
