Mac N' Cheese
8 ounce box of elbow macaroni
1 - 8 ounce pkg. of Velveeta cheese
1 - 12 ounce pkg. of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 - 8 ounce pkg. of cream cheese
1 - 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
Cook and drain macaroni, place in oven proof casserole. Meanwhile, melt
Velveeta, sour cream and cream cheese in the butter.
Add milk and stir until smooth.
Add 1/3 of the mozzarella.
Pour over macaroni
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Do not over-bake!
