MACADAMIA CHIP BROWNIES

 

  • Cooking Time: 30-35 minutes
  • Servings: 1 1/2 dozen
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 4 squares (1 oz. each) white baking chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a saucepan over low heat
  • Melt the butter and white chocolate
  • Remove from the heat
  • In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and vanilla
  • Add the chocolate mixture, flour, and salt
  • Mix well
  • Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips
  • Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan
  • Bake at 325 F for 30-35 minutes or until the top is lightly browned
  • Cool on a wire rack
  • Cut into bars
