MACARONI & CORN CASSEROLE

- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz cubed Velveeta
- Mix creamed corn, corn, and uncooked macaroni. Slice butter and mix into corn mixture with the cheese. Place in a buttered casserole dish; cover. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and stir. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
- OR cook macaroni half the time suggested before throwing in, and only cook for 30 minutes. You can also cook in the microwave at the end if you are running short of time.
