Macaroni & Cheese
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of flour
tsp of pepper
2 cups of milk
1 pound of american or cheddar cheese
1 lb of elbows pasta
Add milk and cheese mixture to cassarole dish. Bake for 20 minutes covered.
Optional: Add bread crumbs to top of pasta after mixing in milk & cheese mixture and bake uncovered. This will make a crispy top.
