Macaroni & Cheese
2 cups uncooked macaroni
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
1-1/4 cups milk
2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese (the sharper the better)
Cook macaroni and drain.
In a skillet or large saucepan, melt butter and add flour, mustard, and worcestershire sauce, stirring until bubbly.
Add milk and sour cream, stir until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
Put macaroni in medium casserole dish. Pour over the cheese sauce. Mix well. Add extra cheese on top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
