MACARONI SALAD
Macaroni Salad
I just cannot get enough of this. I want to share the joy. -Liz

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. macaroni
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
Cook, drain and cool macaroni, according to package directions. Add onion, carrots and pepper to macaroni and set aside. (I use a blender to grate the peeled carrots.) Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add to macaroni and vegetables. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
