MACARONI SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 5 1/2 oz. (2 1/2 c.) spiral macaroni, uncooked
- 2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed, drained
- 3 eggs, hard cooked, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain. In large bowl, combine salad dressing, onion, sugar, pickle relish and mustard; blend well. Stir in cooked macaroni, peas and eggs. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
