Madi's Caesar Salad

Why I Love This Recipe
When Madi was a toddler I tried a "raw egg yolk" caesar dressing recipe with anchovies etc. She devoured it but her face broke out in hives. Thinking it was either the raw eggs or the fish, I tried a simpler recipe from an old Martha Stewart 5x7 sized "Food" publication I used to get in the mail. I tore this out 15 years ago and now all my kids love it...with or without the romaine;)
Ingredients You'll Need
2/3 cup Hellman's mayo
4-6 T lemon juice
6 T parmesan
1/2 t Worcestshire sauce
1/2 t coarse salt
1/4 t black pepper
1-2 Heads of washed Romaine cut into bite size
(optional cooked chicken, left over flank strip, broiled shrimp)
Croutons
Directions
Large bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients. Drizzle to your liking. Add toppings. Can be used for dip, grilled chicken sauce, anything really. If too thick, add drops of water until you reach your preferred consistency. Enjoy!
