- 3 Tb Tomato Powder
- 2 Tb Flour
- 1 Tb Chili Powder
- 1 Tb Onion Flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp dried minced bell pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1 ts Cumin
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- Mix in a jar.
- To make:
- Add 4 cups water to mix and simmer 30 to 45 minutes depending on altitude.
- Put some cheese in your bowl and pour on some chili.
