Magic Cookie Bars

Cooking spray
1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C butter, melted
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 C coconut flakes
1 C chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Press into prepared pan.

Pour sweetened condensed milk over crumb mixture.

Layer evenly with chocolate chips, coconut and nuts.

Press firmly with fork to pat down toppings.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Loosen from sides of pan while still warm.

Cut into bars and serve.

Pairs Well With


I switch my toppings based on what I have in the pantry. I always use coconut and nuts, but may alter the amount of nuts. I like to use less chocolate and sub butterscotch chips.
