INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package INSTANT Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick mix

DIRECTIONS

Mix Together:


1 package INSTANT Pistachio Pudding Mix


1/4 cup vegetable oil


1 egg


3/4 cup Bisquick mix


Roll into 1 inch balls. Flatten gently on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Makes 15 cookies.
