Ingredients You'll Need
Mahi Tuna Steaks 2 inches thick
Anna's Addicting Salsa - 'Dat Green Stuff
Salt and pepper the steaks on both sides and set aside for about 10 minutes to let the seasoning set.
Melt butter in a skillet on high heat - We like to use cast iron skillets but I do not recommend in the oven.
Cook the tuna steak for 3 minutes on each side. This gives you the medium rare flavor I highly recommend.
