- Malaysian Cucumber Salad
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 red onion sliced thinly
- 1 small can of pineapple tidbits
- 1/3 c vinegar
- 1/3 c white sugar.
- Mix all ingredients. Chill. Better the next day.
