2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
some garbanzo liquid (used if hummus is dry)
1/2 cup tahini extra
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup roasted and grinded sesame seeds
salt to taste
paprika or cayenne to garnish
few cooked garbanzo beans to garnish
Blend all ingredients except garnishes until creamy using hummus liquid if needed.
Garnish with paprika or cayenne.
Add garbanzo beans for garnish.
