- 1 Box Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Egg White,Beaten with a pinch of Cream A Tar.Until Fluffy
- 1 tsp.Vanilla
- Add sugar and water to a large saucepan.Boil until a ball forms when dropped into small glass of cold water.Stir ocasionally.Beat egg white and cream of tar until fluffy.Add sugar suagr and water mixture slowly into egg whites.Beating until starts to harden.Add vanilla and nuts.Beat alittle longer.Sppon out on to wax paper and cool.
