Man-Handler Breakfast Bake

Serves 6 large servings | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

3 (8 ounce cartons) Egg Beaters
1 (8 ounce) package of fat free shredded pizza cheese (blend of low fat
mozzarella & cheddar
1/2 pound Canadian Bacon, thinly sliced and cut into bite size pieces
1 (7.5 ounce) can of buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits per roll)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees


Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non fat cooking spray


In a bowl, mix egg beaters, cheese and Canadian bacon


Set aside


Arrange buscuits on bottom of prepared pan


Pour egg mixture over biscuits ( You may need to press the biscuits down so


they are covered by the eggs)


Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean


Serve hot
