MANDARIN KIDNEY BEAN SALAD
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian or poppyseed dressing
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
Combine kidney beans, Mandarin oranges, celery, dressing, and sugar in a bowl. Stir, cover and chill several hours or overnight.
