Ingredients You'll Need
1 tub fat free cool whip
1 lg container fat free cottage cheese
1lg can mandarin oranges
1sm can mandarin oranges
2 1/2-3c mini marshmallows(I prefer the colored ones)
1 box jello mix, orange, lemon, lime I think work best
Directions
In a large bowl place cottage cheese. Sprinkle jello mix on top and mix in until combined. Drain the mandarin oranges and place in bowl with cottage cheese mixture. Next add the marshmallows and combine well. Last add the cool whip. mix well so all is combined. Place in fridge for 1 hour
