MANDARINS WITH ROSEMARY HONEY

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wildflower honey
  • 1 1/4 t minced rosemary leaves
  • 1 1/2 lbs. mandarins

Directions

  • 1. Heat honey and rosemary in small saucepan until liquid, and steep for at least 15 minutes.
  • 2. Peel mandarins and break into sections, at least two segments. Remove pith and string -- note,pull central string that runs down each segment back, and most pith will come off.
  • 3. Arrange mandarins in low mound on platter, and spoon honey over.
