- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup or more of Trader Joe's frozen mango chunks or 1/2 medium ripe mango, diced
- Maple syrup or other sweetener to taste
- A sprinkling of cardamom powder on top of finished smoothie
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender, turn it on and blend until smooth!
