I start with about 1/2-1 of each then add from there:
Dice all ingredients and mix adding lime juice and salt to taste.
Pairs Well With
I kinda made this up from a compilation of a bunch of other Mango Salsa recipes that I have seen, you can use as much as you like of each ingredient to determine how large of a dish you would like to prepare and what you want to use it for.
I like using it for many different things:
As a side dish on its own
Added bonus is that all the different colors make the dish look so pretty!
