1 large or 2 small mangoes,peeled and cut in small chunks
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
3/4 cup milk(I use 2% or 1%)
can put in crushed ice but I use
every thing already cold so don't bother.
1 tblsp of Splenda or to taste
Put all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and whiz until mango is pulped.
