MANGO WITH COCONUT SROBET

Ingredients

  • Ripe mango
  • 2 full scoops coconut sorbet (I used Haagan Das)
  • Toasted coconut (optional)

Directions

  • Peel and dice mango
  • Place mango in 2 bowls
  • Add 1 full scoop of sorbet per bowl.
  • Sprinkle with toasted coconut if using.
  • Serve and enjoy

Notes

This is so easy it's embarassing but everyone I've served it to has raved. It's one of those it seemed like a good idea at the time recipes.
