- Cooking Time:

- Ripe mango
- 2 full scoops coconut sorbet (I used Haagan Das)
- Toasted coconut (optional)
- Peel and dice mango
- Place mango in 2 bowls
- Add 1 full scoop of sorbet per bowl.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut if using.
- Serve and enjoy
