Why I Love This Recipe

This is another Itallian recipe which came from my Grandma Weller again. Manicotti was always my moms favorite dinner, every time we would go to grandmas house for lunch she would always convince her to make it.


Ingredients You'll Need

Spaghetti Sauce
1-2 boxes Manicotti or Large Shell Noodles
1 Pound Hamburger
1 Pound Italian or Pork Sausage
2 slices Soft White Bread
1 Egg-stirred
¼ cup of Milk
shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Directions

Brown meats and onion- Drain and cool meats.


Boil noodles 5 minutes- remove to cold water.


In a separate bowl, combine bread, milk and egg and mash. Stir evenly into cooled meat. Stir in mozzarella a little at a time. Return to heat and cook on low until cheese melts.


Spread one cup of sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan. Stuff noodles and place side by side and along edges in pan. Cover with a small alter of sauce. Cover and Bake.


350 degrees for 45-60min.


Serve sauce on side.
