Many veggie stir fry
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 can baby corn
1 baby bok choi
1 sliced green pepper (can use any colour)
2 carrots sliced
2 celery sliced
1 orange sliced(about 8 slices)
1/2 pkg of Rice noodles
1 jar orange ginger sauce
1./ boil water, follow directions on pkg to cook rice noodle
2. cook al veggies in a pan, can cook harder veggies (like carrots) first then add the rest.
3. cook 5min or longer for a softer veggie.
4. poor sauce over veggies.
5. put noodles on plate poor veggies over top serve
