2 pounds carrots, peeled and chopped into 2 inch pieces & cooked til tender, drained
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 Tbsp brown sugar
salt to taste
In large skillet, heat together butter, maple syrup and brown sugar. Add carrots and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes until carrots are lightly browned and glazed. Serve.
