1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Combine oats and milk and let stand 5 minutes.
Add syrup, margarine, egg and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 400F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm
