MAPLE PECAN PIE

- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups pecan halves or pieces
Place rack in lowest position in oven; preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 35 minutes or until golden. Cool. Refrigerate the leftovers.
