MAPLE PECAN PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups pecan halves or pieces

Directions

  • Place rack in lowest position in oven; preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 35 minutes or until golden. Cool. Refrigerate the leftovers.
