MAPLE PECAN PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 c. pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 3 lg. eggs
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1-9 inch unbaked piecrust
  • 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

  • Preheat over to 350°. Whisk together the first seven ingredients. Spread nuts in piecrust. Pour filling over nuts. Bake 1 hour or until filling is set. Cool completely before cutting.
