Maple Vanilla Chia Pudding
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoons Chia seed, sprouted
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Maple syrup (or to taste)
Pour almond milk (or your preferred non-dairy milk) into a cup. Pour the chia on top, stir and let sit for 10-20 minutes. I like to use a jar with a lid so I can just shake it up. Add in sweetener of choice and flavor of choice.
For sweetener, you can use stevia, agave, maple or any other.
For flavor, you can use vanilla, carob, cocoa, left over smoothie, etc.
Adjust liquid content until you reach your desired consistency.
