5 pounds fresh or frozen chicken wing pieces
(thawed, if frozen)
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons McCormick®
Grill Mates® Mesquite Seasoning , divided
2/3 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine wings with oil in a large bowl;
toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle wings with 2 teaspoons mesquite seasoning; toss again to coat evenly.
Combine maple syrup, remaining 3 tablespoons
mesquite seasoning, and lemon juice in a large bowl;
Grill seasoned wings over direct medium-high heat
18 minutes or until done, turning often.
Remove wings from grill.
Add wings to syrup mixture and toss to coat evenly;
