MARGE'S HEARTY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 2 C Diced Ham
  • 1/2 C. melted butter
  • 8 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Q milk

Directions

  • Lay bread on bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer cheese and ham over bread. Pour butter over, and beat last 4 ingredients and place in fridge overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour on 350 in the morning.

Notes

This is something that my Aunt Marge serves at our family gatherings, every year. Deep down, I wonder if she got the recipe somewhere, but my version is hand-written by her friend, Pam Swaza.
