MARGIE'S PIE CRUST

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 3/4 cups crisco
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  • Combine flour, sugar, salt and crisco until it forms "peas" .
  • Mix together egg, water and vinegar then add to the flour mixture.
  • Shape into 4 disks and wrap well and put in refrigerator a couple hours before rolling out. There is enough dough for 2 double crust pies. You can freeze the dough.
