15 fresh roma tomatoes puree
1 red bell pepper diced
2 carrots diced
small bunch of fresh basil leaves chopped
small bunch italian parsley chopped
1 TBSP brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 dashes of olive oil
1 onion chopped
6 garlic cloves minced
In pot cook tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, basil and parsley, brown sugar, salt and pepper with half oil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Saute onion and garlic with half oil and add to pot and simmer for another 15 minutes.
