15 fresh roma tomatoes puree
1 red bell pepper diced
2 carrots diced
small bunch of fresh basil leaves chopped
small bunch italian parsley chopped
1 TBSP brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 dashes of olive oil
1 onion chopped
6 garlic cloves minced
Saute onion and garlic in pan with oil.
Process tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, basil leaves, parsley, sautéd onion and garlic in a large food processor.
And simmer in pan for 1 hour adding salt and pepper.
