Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 T. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2. tsp. ginger
1 T. minced onion
4 garlic bulbs minced
Adolf's seasoning
2-3 lbs flank steak


Tenderize your meat by either using a meat tenderizer or pricking with a fork. Mix all ingredients together and put into a Ziploc bag(freezer). Roll the bag around to coat all sides of meat. Marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.


On a HOT grill or broiler cook 6 minutes a side. Enjoy!
