Marinated London Broil
1½ pounds flank steak
½ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup soy sauce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1. Combine all ingredients for marinade (everything except for the flank steak) in a large resealable bag
and mix well. Place flank steak in bag and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning steak several times.
2. Remove steak from bag. Place steak on grill over high heat and sear for 1 minute on each side. Reduce
grill to medium heat and cook steak to desired doneness, turning once.
