Here is my one big Favourite sauce for Ice Cream. It came with the Toblerone Ice Cream recipie that I just added.

It is very easy:

Just melt together:

3 Mars bars

100g dark chocolate of your choice (I love the Icelandic one from Sirius! And I saw it at Whole Foods at Columbus Circle in New York!! :))))

Then when melted add either cream or milk and stir together, until it has a nice fudge consistence, like a few table spoons of milk or cream. I just pour some milk over and start stirring, but not too much at a time.

I love this sauce just with a simple vanilla Ice Cream and fresh strawberries, blueberries or bananas.
