MARY'S APPLE MINT TEA
Mary's Apple Mint Tea

INGREDIENTS
- 2 c apple juice
- 1 qt water
- 1 C fresh mint leaves
- 6 T of loose tea or 6 to 8 tea-bags
DIRECTIONS
Mix the apple juice, water and fresh mint. Bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat, add the tea, and steep five minutes. Strain and chill. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves
