- 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 4 c. milk
- 1 lg. cream cheese
- 1 lg. Cool Whip
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 1 lg. can fruit cocktail
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- Mix pudding and milk, add soft cream cheese, Cool Whip, mayonnaise, pineapple with juice, drained fruit cocktail, pecans and marshmallows. Blend together. Freeze in large square pan. Take from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving, cut in squares. Will keep in freezer 2 to 3 weeks. Serves 15 to 20.
